L’HotelPlanner Tour fa l’unica tappa in Polonia per il Rosa Challenge Tour, evento giunto alla terza edizione al quale partecipano Michele Ortolani, Lorenzo Scalise, Aron Zemmer, Andrea Romano e Matteo Cristoni.

Si gioca dal 3 al 6 settembre sul percorso del Rosa Golf Club, a Konopiska, dove saranno nel field dodici tra i primi 15 della Road to Mallorca (ordine di merito) e tredici vincitori stagionali. Assente lo svedese Christofer Blomstrand, numero uno, proveranno ad accorciare le distanze lo spagnolo Pablo Ereño (n. 2) e il francese Julien Sale (n. 4), entrambi saliti sul gradino più alto del podio come l’inglese Will Enefer (n. 6), il finlandese Tapio Pulkkanen (n. 10), i sudafricani MJ Viljoen (n. 13) e Ryan Van Velzen (n. 14) e l’altro inglese Matthew Southgate (n. 15), tutti nelle posizioni che a fine anno assicurano la ‘carta’ per il DP World Tour 2027, ma con gli ultimi tre a rischio di uscirne.

Torna l’Alps Tour dopo oltre un mese di pausa per la volata finale verso le cinque ’carte’ dell’HotelPlanner Tour, delle quali però due sono state già assegnate ad Andrea Romano, numero uno dell’ordine di merito, e al francese Maxime Legros, numero due, già saliti sul circuito superiore grazie ai loro tre successi nel 2026.

A Longwy, in Francia, è in programma dal 3 al 5 settembre la terza edizione del Longwy Alps Open, quart’ultimo appuntamento in calendario. Al via 132 concorrenti, compresi 17 dilettanti, in rappresentanza di 15 nazioni: Argentina, Austria, Brasile, Camerun, Inghilterra, Francia, Germania, Irlanda, Italia, Baliato di Jersey, Principato di Monaco, Olanda, Spagna, Svizzera e Galles.

Vi partecipano 96 concorrenti provenienti dal 19 nazioni: Svizzera, Svezia, Estonia, Slovacchia, Italia, Belgio, Repubblica Ceca, Germania, Francia, Lussemburgo, Finlandia, Spagna, Slovenia, Olanda, San Marino, Portogallo, Galles, Austria e Ungheria.

Port Edward – One of the most remarkable careers in Sunshine Tour history took another impressive turn on Friday as Jean Hugo won the Sunbet Challenge hosted by the Wild Coast Sun by a single shot.

Hugo signed for a final round of 65 to win on eight under par, with Nikhil Rama his nearest challenger on seven under following a closing 68 at the end of a day in which he teed off as the leader.

This was the 50-year-old Hugo’s 22nd career victory on the Sunshine Tour, which moves him into the top five of all-time Sunshine Tour wins.
