(Crewe, 27 May 2026) Bentley customers are increasingly stepping beyond
the permutations of colour and finish of the standard range into the world of
bespoke individuality offered by the Mulliner division. These can range from
one-off paint finishes or personalised embroidered emblems through to
complete coachbuilt vehicles. More than 70 per cent of customers now order
their Bentleys with some level of Mulliner bespoke content, and the division is
on a constant quest to find new features to delight and inspire its customers.
Ombré by Mulliner – extended range
First shown at The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering in 2025, the innovative
Ombré by Mulliner exterior finishes take two technicians 56 hours of
painstaking work to create a seamless transition between two complementary
colours. The finish was originally offered with three transitional combinations:
Topaz Blue to Windsor Blue, Sunburst Gold to Orange Flame, and Tungsten


Now Mulliner is extending the range of finishes to eight, with the addition of
Alpine Green into Verdant, Cricketball into Black Velvet, Pale Brodgar into
Brodgar, Portofino into Marlin and Grey Violet into Damson.
Each of these finishes can now be matched to its equivalent interior Piano
veneer, creating a seamless transition of colour flowing from the fascia into
the door waistrails.
