case you missed it, Jeeno Thitikul fired a stellar 8-under 64 to secure a three-stroke victory at Columbia Edgewater Country Club. It was a dominant week for Thailand, with fellow natives Chanettee Wannasaen and Arpichaya Yubol tying for second place, while Anne Chen added extra excitement by recording the tour’s 15th ace of the season. Here is a recap of all the action along with the top social posts from the weekend in Portland.
Jeeno Thitikul Fires Final-Round 64 to Capture The Standard Portland Classic Victory
Jeeno Thitikul closed with an 8-under 64
to secure a three-stroke victory at The Standard Portland Classic on Sunday, reaching her 10th career LPGA Tour title.
Thitikul finished at 22-under 266 following rounds of 68, 67, 67, and 64 at Columbia Edgewater Country Club. With the victory, the 23-year-old becomes just the eighth player in LPGA history to reach double-digit career wins before turning 24.
She pulled away from runners-up Chanettee Wannasaen and Arpichaya Yubol, who tied for second place three shots back.
The victory marks Thitikul’s third title of the 2026 season, following previous wins at the Honda LPGA Thailand and the Mizuho Americas Open. In 14 starts this season, she has made 12 cuts while collecting three victories and four additional top-10 finishes.
Thitikul earned $300,000 for the win, boosting her 2026 season earnings to $2,301,398 and pushing her career totals to $19,670,798. The victory also added 500 Race to the CME Globe points to her total (2,075.875), moving her up to No. 3 in the season-long standings.
Thitikul Triumphs in Portland as Wannasaen and Yubol Claim Shared Second
Jeeno Thitikul led a dominant showing for Thai golfers at The Standard Portland Classic, claiming the victory while fellow Thailand natives
Chanettee Wannasaen
and
Arpichaya Yubol
tied for second place.
Wannasaen shot a 267 total, her lowest 72-hole score of the season, capped off by a bogey-free final round featuring nine birdies to tie her career-best 18-hole score of 63. She tallied 25 birdies throughout the week, her highest mark in a tournament this season and her best finish since tying for second at the 2025 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
Yubol matched Wannasaen at T2, recording a career-best 72-hole score of 267 to mark her third runner-up finish of 2026. She became the first player to post three runner-up finishes without a win in a season since Alison Lee and Charley Hull did so in 2023. Yubol needed just 103 putts across four rounds—tied for the second fewest in the field—and conceded only three bogeys all week, her fewest ever in a 72-hole event where she made the cut.
Anne Chen Score First Ace on LPGA Tour
Anne Chen carded the 15th hole-in-one of the LPGA Tour season during the final round of the Portland Classic at Columbia Edgewater Country Club.
The LPGA Tour rookie aced the 133-yard eighth hole using a 9-iron, marking her first hole-in-one on the LPGA Tour and the second of her life. She finished with a 6-under-par 66 to tie for 14th place.
The performance marked a career-best LPGA Tour finish for the rookie, who was making just her second cut in eight starts this season.
Chen earned her LPGA Tour card for the 2026 season following a standout 2025 campaign on the Epson Tour, where she made 16 cuts in 20 starts, recorded five top-10 finishes—including a victory at the Epson Tour Championship—and finished 11th in the Race for the Card.
Beyond boosting her position on the leaderboard, the Epson Tour graduate’s ace triggered a $20,000 donation made on her behalf to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by CME Group through the
CME Group Cares Challenge – Score 1 for St. Jude
.
The season-long charitable initiative converts holes-in-one on the LPGA Tour into funding for childhood cancer treatment and research. Chen’s ace marks the 15th donation to St. Jude in 2026, bringing the season total raised to $300,000.
