- Bringing more than 25 years of Nissan experience across Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Total Customer Satisfaction, Gatlin’s appointment strengthens Nissan’s focus on connecting customer feedback, product quality and the overall ownership experience
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan Americas has appointed Ashley Gatlin to vice president, Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), and Chief Customer Satisfaction Officer, U.S. and Canada, effective August 17.
In this role, Gatlin will lead Nissan’s Total Customer Satisfaction organization across the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on strengthening customer satisfaction, safety, vehicle quality and retention. She will help ensure the voice of the customer is incorporated throughout the vehicle lifecycle, working across the organization to continuously improve vehicle quality, reliability and the overall ownership experience.

Gatlin brings more than 25 years of Nissan experience to the role, having held positions of increasing responsibility across Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and TCS. Most recently, she served as senior director, TCS, where she expanded her responsibilities to lead Warranty & Compliance, Overseas Chief Quality Engineering, Field Quality Investigations and Quality Strategy Management for the U.S. and Canada.
Gatlin assumes the role as Nissan continues to demonstrate progress in product quality and customer satisfaction. Nissan Rogue ranked No. 1 in the compact SUV segment in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Initial Quality Study, and the Nissan Murano was named the Most Dependable Midsize SUV for the second consecutive year in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study.
Gatlin will report to Meunier and will be based at Nissan Americas headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee.
